The final examination is scheduled by the Office of the Registrar.
You will be allowed to use any books, notes, tables, or calculators you wish on the quizzes and the final examination.

Homework: There will be almost daily homework assignments. These are not to be handed in, but it is important that you have a go at them, as they will frequently provide the basis for class discussions. Feel free to work together on these assignments. You'll find them here.
There will be several homework assignments for you to hand in--about one each week. These will require some sort of computer. I do not care what computer or what programming language, etc. you use in doing these assignments. I ask that you not work together on these. Here are the assignments for you to hand in:
